Dr. Christine Sleeter Talk & Book Signing for “The Inheritance”
Join Dr. Christine Sleeter from California State University in Anheuser-Busch Conservation Auditorium from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to discuss her research on anti-racist multicultural education, ethnic studies and teacher education. Book signing to follow from 7:30-8:15 p.m. More information.

Latinx Graduate and Professional Network Presents Guest Speaker: Israel Garcia
Join LGPN at Memorial Union South 16 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sponsored by LGPN and MU Division of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE). Israel Garcia will speak about his project, Bordes Carnosos (Border Carnage), which documents the immigrant experience in Kansas City latinx nieghborhoods.

MU Voz Latina Presents: Latino Family Picnic and Celebration
Join MU Voz Latina from 12-4 p.m. at Cosmo Park (Burford Shelter). Open to MU faculty, staff, students and the Columbia community. MU Voz Latina will provide a main dish.
